Bathrooms fail from the inside out.
The most expensive bathroom failures are invisible for years. A shower pan that was never properly sloped, a waterproofing membrane that stopped short of the curb, a fan that vents into the attic instead of outside. By the time it shows on the ceiling below, the framing has been wet for a long time.
We build the assembly correctly and then make it look good — not the other way round. Sloped pre-slope, continuous waterproofing membrane, correct flashing at the curb and niche, and ventilation that is sized for the room and ducted to the exterior.

Bonded sheet or liquid membranes over a correct pre-slope, with seams, corners and niches detailed to the manufacturer's spec.

Cabinetry sized to the room, with the plumbing and electrical planned rather than worked around.
Low-flow fixtures
WaterSense-rated toilets, faucets and shower heads that reduce water and water-heating energy without a weak shower.
Exhaust ventilation
Correctly sized fans, ducted to the outside with insulated duct and a proper backdraft damper.

In detail
The details that decide a bathroom
Slope before membrane. Membrane before tile. Blocking behind the walls for grab bars and glass, put in while the walls are open even if the fittings come later. Niches waterproofed as carefully as the pan.
We flood-test shower pans before tile goes down and document it. It takes a day and it is the cheapest insurance in the whole project.
On the visible side: large-format tile with minimal grout lines, layered lighting rather than one ceiling fixture, and hardware finishes kept consistent throughout.
