Dedicated 240V circuits for induction cooking, plus adequate small-appliance circuits and under-cabinet lighting.
Ducted range ventilation
Correctly sized, ducted to the exterior with make-up air considered — the difference between a working hood and a decorative one.

In detail
How a kitchen project runs
Design and selections first, and completely — cabinetry, appliances, surfaces and fixtures chosen before demolition begins. Changes made mid-build are what turn kitchen projects into long kitchen projects.
Then permits, demolition, rough plumbing and electrical, inspection, drywall, cabinetry, templating, countertops, and finish work. We give you a schedule with the dates you will be without a kitchen, and we hold to it.
You will have one project manager throughout, and a written change order process if anything does need to move.
